Thousands of pages and users, and one goal: a high-quality search experience for everyone. How can we help users find the right information with AI-powered solutions?

Aalto University and the University of Helsinki have launched AI-powered search solutions to help their various audiences – from students and staff to researchers, applicants, and other visitors – find the information they need. The solutions are built differently but aim to tackle similar challenges related to information overload and serving diverse user groups. In this session, we will present the reasons for adopting AI-powered search, share how the two solutions were built, and discuss the lessons we learned along the way. Join us to gain insights into how you could approach AI search.
